Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payments

  • Subscription, licensing, or system usage fees must be paid in advance as per the agreed billing cycle (monthly, termly, or annually).

2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration, setup, and customization fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The service fails to launch after payment.
  • The school cancels the subscription before activation.
  • A technical failure prevents use of the system, and no solution is provided within 30 days.

4. No Refund Cases

  • Refunds will not be issued for mid-term cancellations once students, teachers, or classes have been registered.
  • Misuse of the system leading to account termination does not qualify for a refund.

5. Cancellation Requests

  • Schools or users must request cancellation in writing (via email or support ticket).
  • Data retention after cancellation will be subject to school policy and legal requirements.
