• Account sharing, impersonation, or unauthorized use of another user’s account is prohibited.

• The Kobciye - SMS must only be used for academic and administrative purposes such as managing student records, attendance, communication, exams, grading, and financial transactions.
• Misuse of the system for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities is strictly forbidden.

• Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious scripts.
• Unauthorized access attempts or hacking.
• Copying, reselling, or redistributing the system without permission.
• Misrepresentation of data (e.g., grades, attendance, payments).

1. System Availability

• The system provider will make reasonable efforts to keep the SMS available 24/7, but downtimes may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
• Users will be notified of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
